Google has removed more than 500
apps, including mobile games for teens from their Play Store due to spyware
threats.
It was decided after the discovery
of more than 500 apps to spread spyware on the US-based cyber security forum
Lookout mobile phone.
According to the possibility,
applications use specialized software that allows app makers to hide their
personal information on their device without warning.
Effective applications include
mobile games for teens, mobile applications, online radios, photo editing,
education, health, fitness and home video camera applications.
A bug was discovered on ADK, when
an application appeared to download encrypted files from a large server.
The drawbacks of security of many
of the affected developers are unknown, the report was added.
